Do you know Mtro. Francisco Chávez Corrujedo?
He is a prominent contemporary painter from Tijuana and the Region, with a transcendent career that includes painting, muralism, sculpture, conferences, cultural promotion and teaching. With more than 40 years of experience as a professor at the Autonomous University of Baja California, he founded the Taller de Artes Plásticas and the Escuela de Artes, leaving a significant legacy in culture and artistic education.

This and other questions are proposed by Yomilett Rosales in her exhibition “Home” she builds a dialogue between her feelings/thoughts of the word “Home” the memory, her construction as a woman, mother and daughter; taking this territory as her source of inspiration. Through embroidery, assembly and poetry, we will get to know this artistic proposal

This workshop offers an introduction to materials and their technical processes, both traditional and recent, applied to pictorial production. It promotes experimentation and creativity, combining theory and practice to study the nature and characteristics of materials, along with their expressive value and use throughout the history of art.
