☕✨ Barista Workshop: Learn, Practice, and Master the Art of Coffee ☕🎨 The Municipal Youth Institute of Rosarito (IMJUVER), in collaboration with Color Café, invites all residents and visitors to join the Barista Workshop. An excellent opportunity to acquire new techniques, master the espresso bar, and explore the world of entrepreneurship.

Dates: September 14, 21, and 24, 2026

Time: 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM

Location: Color Café (Calle Art. 27 Constitucional, Col. Constitución, Playas de Rosarito, B.C.)

Cost: $150 MXN per class (materials included) | Limited spot availability

Workshop Curriculum:

• Day 1: Introduction to coffee, cupping, espresso extraction, and grinder calibration.
• Day 2: Tips for working behind the bar, customer service, brewing methods, and drink preparation.
• Day 3: Milk steaming/frothing, latte art, and drink preparation.
