Welcome to Yoga on the Beach, a deep and mindful inner practice of Hatha Yoga that involves physical postures (Asanas), breathing techniques (Pranayama), and meditation/contemplation (Dhyana).

📍 Location: Rancho del Mar Beach – beach access via the Polígono Dos bridge, which leads to the Rancho del Mar neighborhood and the Baja Center Convention Center (Rosarito).
Located on the Tijuana–Rosarito toll road.

🕘 Schedule: Every Sunday from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.

💰 Cost: Voluntary donation — a conscious act of giving and receiving.
