A 3-course dinner designed to delight your palate:
1st course:
-Salmon Vol-au-vent: Danish pastry vol-au-vent filled with smoked salmon mousse with dill.
2nd course (choose one):
-Filet Mignon: 260g beef tenderloin wrapped in bacon, topped with merlot gravy and sautéed mushrooms, served with vegetables and asparagus.
-Chicken Ballotine with Ratatouille: Chicken breast bathed in tomato and parmesan cream, served with ratatouille made with eggplant, zucchini, tomato, red bell pepper, Monterrey cheese, olive oil, and herbs.
-Frutti di Mare: Pasta in a parmesan and white wine sauce with Provençal shrimp, octopus, and clams.
3rd course:
Red Berry Entremet: Red berry mousse with raspberry jelly filling, chocolate and raspberry biscuit, mounted on a sable cookie.
