:: how to get there ::
Travel south on Interstate 5 or 805
through San Diego to the San Ysidro border
crossing into Mexico. After crossing
through the border checkpoint, follow the
large green sign with white letters which says
“Rosarito-Ensenada Cuota” (Toll-Road).
Tolls, which are minimal, are payable in
either US currency or Mexican pesos. After the
second toll booth, which is at the South end
of Rosarito Beach, begin watching for the
kilometer markers at the side of the highway.
At 49 Km, the Puerto Nuevo Exit, get off the
toll road and turn left at the end of the off-ramp.
Travel south for approximately a mile on the
free road to The Grand Baja Resort which is
located on the right side of the road. It is a
large Mediterranean style complex with an
archway over the driveway. Go through the
archway and check in at the reception office.
Check in time is 3:00 P.M. Check out time is
at 12:00 P.M. noon.
