FRAO encourages the
development and cooperative relationship
between the Municipal and Federal
Offices and the foreign resident
who have chosen Rosarito as their
permanent or temporary place to live.
Currently the only office of its kind at
city halls in country, staff at FRAO will
provide orientation for local routine
procedures as well as adequate referrals
for counselling and-or service in matters
such as:
Immigration
Land Leases & Bank Trust
Concessions
Urban Development
Taxes
Medical/Dental
Legal
Cultural/Social
Insurance
Through interactions whit local community
and all offices of our Municipality
and all offices of our Municipality and
charitable organizations the attention
center will have and outreach for community
projects. There are currently several
community project in which the volunteers of
FRAO could participate.
Rosarito has seen many changes that have all
been for the betterment of the foreign and
nationals who have looked to Rosarito Beach
as the jewelby the sea. Tourism is the third
largest industry and residents would like to
see Rosarito grow and build confidence for
the future by working together towards the
goals that can be achieved as

Convinced on achieving goals through joint
collaboration, Rosarito proudly announces to
be a member of the Sister Cities Program of
the world.
With FRAO as a coordinator, the Municipal
Council sponsors and supports the programs
of Rosarito´s Sister Cities Committee for a
beneficial outreach and exchange of ideas
and activities in favour of our city.
Here not only will you get a chance to get that question or
doubt regarding your residency in Rosarito answered by a true
representative, it will also give you a chance to get involved in
your community by sharing your thoughts and comments.
