>CRUZ ROJA VOLUNTARIOS (RED CROSS VOLUNTEERS): A group of English speaking volunteers who raise funds for the Cruz Roja Hospital and Ambulance Service by holding fundraisers and operating a thrift shop. They .meet the 2nd Thursday of each month at La Cazuela del Mole on C. >DESARROLLO INTEGRAL DEL LA FAMILIA (DIF): A Mexican social service agency headed by the current Mayor’s wife, provide help for the neediest members of the community, primarily abused women, children and seniors, by providing shelter, clothing, food and counseling. >FOOTPRINTERS: Promotes cooperation between law enforcement and those who are sympathetic with, and understanding toward, law enforcement. >SISTER CITIES COMMITTEE: A bilingual group established in the 80’s. >SISTERS OF MERCY: The Sisters of Mercy’s outreach caters to families who live on the hillsides of Rosarito. Sister Clare implements various programs to improve the life skills of the indigenous as well as sending many children to school each year. >UNITED SOCIETY OF BAJA CALIFORNIA (USBC): Is primarily a social group serving as the hub of information for the English speaking community of the Rosarito area.
